Mindset coaching is a powerful tool in your fitness journey. The Discipline Fitness Coach uses Neuro-Linguistic Programming within mindset coaching (and personal training sessions alike). N.L.P encompasses the three most influential components involved in human experience: neurology, language and programming. The neurological system regulates how our bodies function. The language component determines how we interface and communicate with others. The programming component determines the kinds of models of the world we create.

You can either have N.L.P conducted within your personal training services or purchased as separate to your personal training services.
